Serving as the point of contact between guests and other departments, as well as supervising the work of reception and concierge staff, you will demand perfection, from coordinating check-ins to ensuring luggage is collected, stored, and returned to guests on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day bookings and make certain that the assigned rooms are fully equipped and cleaned before check-in
  • From the moment our guests arrive, we offer a smooth and efficient luggage collection and storage service, allowing them to start their stay with us without any stress or inconvenience
  • Monitor and regulate the reservation and financial transaction systems to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Swiftly attend to the requests of patrons, like providing them with room service amenities
  • Allowing a customer to vent their frustrations and truly listening to their concerns can help to establish trust and ultimately lead to a more satisfactory resolution
  • One of the top priorities of hospitality staff is to provide individualized services to special guests, including individuals with disabilities, the elderly, younger guests, and distinguished VIPs
  • Manage and coordinate communication between patrons and workers, with a focus on ensuring that customer grievances are addressed
  • At our hotel, we provide a range of dining options for our guests, along with a hearty breakfast to start your day off right
  • Our hotel programs are designed with your comfort and satisfaction in mind. From our complimentary breakfast to our loyalty program, we want to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and stress-free
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our receptionists and concierges to ensure that they adhere to all the operational procedures and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Assess the Team's Success and Deliver Recurring Reports
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Wait Staff to guarantee guests feel comfortable during their stay
  • Review routine tasks, allocate duties and supervise progress
  • A key theme in many online reviews is the need for more personalized and attentive customer service. Empowering employees to anticipate and respond to guests' needs can go a long way in creating a positive and memorable experience

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in working as a Front Desk Agent
  • One key aspect of hotel management is maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for guests, which can be achieved through thoughtful design and attentive service
  • Experience in using Hotel Management software (PMS) in practice
  • Fluency in English necessary, additional language skills beneficial
  • A customer service expert must possess excellent communication and listening abilities to meet customer expectations
  • Superb skills in resolving problems and handling numerous tasks concurrently
  • The capability to guide and motivate a group towards peak performance is an essential skill that separates excellent leaders from the rest
