As the key point of contact for clients, the job entails building and maintaining strong relationships to provide excellent customer service

• Make certain that the club is performing the appropriate display plan of action in all aisles and departments following the sign exposition that defines our display plan of action meticulously. Moreover, verify that no sign is absent before the opening of the club.
• Assures that pricing adjustments are precise by producing and publishing a daily price update for the club, comprising of fresh produce and apparel, before commencement of business hours.
• Compile an inventory of the hottest items including 800/820/840 and Burris loads, and ensure that it is printed and made available for the night manager to act upon.
• Generate and print tags for all pallets that need to be shipped on the 800/820/840 loads. Afterward, put them in the correct spot inside the receiving office for the overnight receiver/night manager to complete.
• Be sure to perform the electronic report on a daily basis and locate and replace any missing pull cards at their respective sales floor location.
• Efficiently handling stock demo carts and associated responsibilities utilizing MyWork.
• Make sure that the demo carts are ready for demonstration by regularly restocking and resetting them, while also verifying that all tasks are closed out.
• Triggering the program that runs without code and the schedule for removing insignificant things weekly (San Francisco).
• Ongoing assessment of SF codes to ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements.
• Operates within the boundaries of all club policies and procedures.
• Implements additional tasks as instructed, including serving in various units as required.
• A necessary function of this role is ensuring consistent and predictable attendance.

Qualifications:

• Aptitude in simple math highly desirable.
• Preferred candidates possess previous cashier or sales experience.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• The vast majority of the time is consumed moving about on stable surfaces. Often entailing bending, ascending, crawling, tugging, reaching, stooping, and climbing up ladders or step stools.
• The nature of this position requires a great deal of lifting of objects that have a weight of 30 pounds or less. In rare cases, larger or more awkwardly shaped items that exceed the 30-pound limit may need to be moved as well, but this is only allowed when other employees provide assistance. Effectively operating a pallet jack is a necessary skill.
• Exposure to varying temperatures indoors and outdoors can have an impact on the human body, alongside occasional exposure to sub-zero temperatures in freezers and cooler environments.
• Consistent contact with dangerous components.

As enforced by the Pay Transparency regulations, we offer a genuine estimation of the compensation range for this position. BJs Wholesale Club considers a range of non-discriminatory factors to figure out the salary bracket for each role. The salary offered to the candidate will depend on their location, education, experience, qualifications, and other factors. This position has a pay range of $16.50 to $19.80.
