POSITION SUMMARY:

Our primary duty is not just to provide food and drinks to our guests, but to create an unforgettable and exceptional experience. To ensure that food and beverage operations are uninterrupted, our Guest Service Support Experts offer a diverse range of services. These include setting tables, supporting the kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness, as well as restocking necessary supplies. By offering this support, we strive to provide an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Success in any role depends on crucial factors such as ensuring a secure workplace, adhering to company policies and quality standards, maintaining a professional appearance, and communicating effectively. This is especially important for Guest Service Support Experts, who are occupied with diverse responsibilities such as monitoring the menu, moving objects, and managing customer interactions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma or a qualification equivalent to G.E.D. is required for education.

Although there is no specific work history required, previous exposure to the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.

Lack of Management Experience in a Supervisory Role.

There is no requirement for a license or certification for this particular profession
