POSITION SUMMARY:

The Guest Service Support Experts on our team are proactive and provide various services to ensure a seamless food and beverage operation. These services include responsibilities like setting tables, cleaning workstations, helping in the kitchen, and replenishing supplies. By providing this level of support, we aim to make every transaction an enjoyable experience.
Professionalism in the workplace is of prime importance for everyone, and maintaining a secure work environment, ensuring conformity with established policies and quality standards, and upholding a polished appearance and effective communication are good starting points. Guest Service Support Experts are required to take additional care to perform well in their role, including monitoring the menu, moving relatively weighty objects, and consistently delivering satisfactory customer service.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to pursue education, it is mandatory to hold a high school diploma or attain an equivalent to G.E.D.
Candidates with previous experience working in the food service industry will be given preference, although it is not a mandatory requirement.
Absence of Previous Supervisory Responsibilities:
One does not need to hold a license or certification to be employed in this field
