Our hotel needs a versatile Front Desk Agent, someone who can coordinate check-ins, manage guest services, and supervise front desk staff while providing top-notch customer service. As our Front Desk Agent, you will establish the tone for our guests' stay, so we expect you to perform the job with care and dedication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with an exclusive and elevated hospitality experience centered on luxury and comfort
  • By greeting clients warmly upon their arrival, you can make them feel valued and appreciated
  • Observe day-to-day reservations and guarantee that the assigned quarters are fully furnished and ready for check-in
  • Coordinating luggage collection and storage may seem like a small detail, but it can make a big difference in providing our guests with an experience that is both memorable and stress-free
  • Maintain efficient check-in and check-out operations by overseeing reservations and financial transactions
  • Respond promptly to the demands of patrons, such as providing them with the convenience of in-room dining
  • Addressing complaints in a timely manner can help to prevent further escalation and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality customer service
  • Personalized services are important to all guests, particularly those who require special attention, such as people with disabilities, the elderly, children, and distinguished guests
  • Organize and oversee communication between patrons and workers, with a primary goal of effectively resolving any customer complaints
  • Our hotel provides guests with multiple dining options and a delicious breakfast in order to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible

  • Monitor guest feedback, comments, and ratings to identify potential issues and take corrective actions through proper channels
  • Judge the Team's Performance and Produce Consistent Reports
  • Engage with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to ensure guests receive the highest level of comfort
  • Inspect day-to-day responsibilities, assign tasks and review accomplishment
  • A common complaint among guests is the lack of transparency about fees and charges, whether for parking, amenities, or other services. Providing clear and concise explanations of these costs upfront can help build trust and prevent surprises
  • The city is home to several parks that provide an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Visitors can enjoy a picnic, take a stroll, hike, or bike ride in these lush and serene settings. Stop by the botanical gardens to discover a range of exotic flowers and plant species
  • Use social media to engage with regular clients, responding to their comments and feedback promptly

Skills:

  • Professional experience aligning with the responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent

  • Direct utilization of Hotel Management software (PMS)
